Ben, the Alsatian

As soon as the door opened I was nearly knocked over by this young 18 month old Alsatian who was far from small. It was at this point I remembered what they say "never work with animals or children". But I was not going to let this put me off as I knew it would be a good test of my skill to get the perfect shot. The client wanted a 30" x 24" Canvas wrap print so it had to be good.

After 2 hours in the garden and a memory card or two full of images I sat down with the client to go through the images. There were quite a few good ones but one which stood out among all others as it was typical of Ben's expression and pose. A more classical shot but one that now hangs proudly on the Christine's wall.

A day to remember....
